As an organizational support unit of the Office of the Executive Dean of Agriculture and Natural Resources, we partner with the faculty and staff to meet wide-ranging communication needs. Our aim is to utilize organizational information in multiple formats, venues, and media. These include: marketing, promotion, and recruitment materials; website development; legislative and advocacy efforts; Executive Dean's office communications (speeches and presentations); departmental identity, awareness, and branding; reports (annual reports, monthly and topic/audience-specific); internal communications (dean's monthly message, email broadcasts); event planning; public and media relations; publication development (fact sheets, newsletters, curricula, reports, etc.).

Carl is responsible for managing effective marketing and messaging to support the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences as well as the New Jersey Agriculture and Experiment Station. He ensures that organizational communication needs are met through strategic outreach that executes a mission that promotes diversity, research, and academic achievement. As part of the Dean's Executive Leadership Team, Carl works cross-functionally with university units, to ensure greater organizational effectiveness, consistency, and clarity of all communication campaigns.

Overseeing all graphic design projects, from concept to delivery, Chris leads creative solutions with our multimedia team. He creates digital and print publications across multi-platform campaigns that support the overall visual brand and strategic goals of the unit by enforcing all graphic identity standards. Chris coordinates the design team to generate innovative infographics, illustrations, and artwork for a wide range of clients' needs. Providing professional-level photography and videography, he captures the digital assets that enhance the multimedia available for our marketing products.
