If your program is hosting an event, the Office of Public Outreach and Communication can help promote the upcoming event on social media, and after the event, post coverage on SEBS/NJAES Newsroom. For post-event coverage, please provide the following:
- A 3–4 paragraph description of the event, covering the "who, what, when, where, and why." Consider including how many attended and the affiliations of attendees.
- An agenda of the event
- Include name, title, and affiliation of people mentioned in text and/or photos
- 1–3 quotes from event organizer, speaker attendee, etc.
- 1–4 photos
- Model release forms must be signed
- Suggestions for event photos include group poses of speakers, organizers and/or attendees – keep in mind an attractive background such as on the steps in front of a building, attractive wall as backdrop, etc.
- Provide photo captions with subjects identified (unless it is a large group shot) and photo credit
